The BetonSports saga is still going on. The arrest of its top executives, David Carruthers and Gary Kaplan, ended BetonSports’ operations. Both of them are facing charges related to operating an illegal online casino gambling operation for the U.S. market, money laundering and some other related charges. Besides, three new promoters associated with the company have been recently arrested. And they agree to plead guilty to promotion-related charges and help the prosecution in their cases against Carruthers, Kaplan and other top executives. In exchange for that the case is promised to be dropped. Despite it, Kaplan is still upholding his own defense plan and doesn’t plead guilty.

The recently arrested promoters are Florida residents and are known to have assisted BetonSports with marketing and promotion opportunities in the U.S. online gambling market.
